Inter-High Day Three. The last day, the final opportunity to be crowned champion of the race has begun. When the Land Shark of Kure, Urakubo, tricked the peloton into chasing down the leaders, Teshima was swallowed up by it! Without their captain, Team Sohoku is in dire straits—any chance they had at victory is slipping away...
For the first time since the start of the race, every member of Sohoku has gathered together! Pursuing Hakone at a superfast pace thanks to Aoyagi’s Oxygen-Fueled Sonic-Speed Human Bullet trick, Sohoku is dead set on closing the distance and regaining the lead! However, the Inter-High is a brutal test of endurance, and the already injured Aoyagi is running on fumes…Should his idol succumb to exhaustion, will Kaburagi be able to carry on Aoyagi’s will—or fall into despair?!
Final day, final climb. Thanks to Hakone’s captain, Izumida, and his excellent sprint on the very last stretch of the flats, Sohoku is stuck desperately chasing after their adversaries’ backs. The efforts of Aoyagi, Kaburagi, and now Teshima allow Sohoku to catch up to their archrivals once more, but Hakone won’t go down without a fight! Teshima and Ashikiba are now locked in a passionate climber’s clash, each jockeying to give their team the best position…!
Inter-High, day three — after a fierce competition, the lead has been narrowed down to the last eight contenders! Although Sohoku made a break away from the rest, Midousuji and Komari from Kyoto-Fushimi make a stunning comeback...And with Hakone in hot pursuit, it’s still anyone’s race!
