Touge Oni: Primal Gods in Ancient Times

When En and company learned that Hitokoto-Nushi had retreated to Earth’s highest peak, they knew the journey ahead would be an arduous one…but no one could have ever predicted it would take them to the moon!! To reach the “summit,” the group will have to rely on the grace of the powerful heavenly god Tsukuyomi…if they can find the god’s remote shrine… and don’t get ambushed by bandits first!!

Flung far and wide by Tsukuyomi’s mirror, Zen, Miyo, and En have no idea how distant they are from one another…or how much danger they may be in! As Zen steels himself to beseech the renowned Hitokoto-Nushi at last, Miyo struggles to placate her unpredictable new “master,” the immortal Sansei. He doesn’t seem particularly concerned with his new charge—or anyone else for that matter—which could pose a much greater problem than it may seem…

After their respective journeys, Ozuno, Miyo, and Zen are reunited at last. But just as they begin to rejoice, Ozuno suddenly comes under attack by a mysterious figure. Descending to the world using two of the Three Sacred Treasures, the man denounces Ozuno for his “usurpation and abuse of divine instruments.” His name: Susanoo-no-Mikoto, one of the gods of the Amatsu triumvirate!
