Well, a half dragon. Her mom admits Ruri inherited her draconic traits from her father, who, yes, is actually a dragon. As if dealing with curious classmates wasn’t already challenging enough, Ruri and her dragon genes literally turn up the heat in the middle of a lecture. Her ordinary life is about to be anything but!
After releasing a burst of electricity during class, Ruri officially has her next dragon trait: electrostatic discharge! But not everyone wants to be friends with a dragon girl. Can Ruri soften up a steely classmate? Or will her attempts go up in flames?
Though they didn’t start off on the right foot, Ruri and Akari become friends and end up leading the sports festival action committee together. Now, even more eyes are on Ruri—and at the worst possible moment, as another wild new change is spilling over into her already hectic daily life!
After Ruri uses a newfound ability to speed up the arrival of a typhoon, the sports festival is saved! But now that she’s part of the event committee, Ruri’s stuck in the spotlight again, and all the extra attention makes her feel like she doesn’t belong. To make matters worse, Ruri’s on fire—literally! As always, normal is never a given for this dragon girl.
