The missing parrot is revealed to be another Stand user that was given special training at DIO’s command. Hol Horse and Josuke Higashikata set out to find and stop a villain who is harming people in Morioh by using the parrot’s Stand ability to reenact the past. Meanwhile, Ryoko Kakyoin seeks to uncover the truth behind her cousin Noriaki’s death, and she’s convinced that the predictions of a comic book will lead her to the answers.
The parrot problem isn’t over yet! Using the parrot’s ability to reenact the past and a comic book’s ability to predict the future, the mastermind Karaiya snares Josuke Higashikata in a trap and attacks him with an apparition of Pet Shop.
