JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Part 7--Steel Ball Run

Riders from around the world gather in the Wild West for the race of the century! Johnny Joestar, a former jockey paralyzed from the waist down, comes to spectate, and momentarily regains the ability to walk while watching a duel fought by Gyro Zeppeli. Desperate to learn more about this power, Johnny joins the race alongside Gyro and embarks on the most epic and bizarre race to ever cross the American frontier!

Gyro leads the race at the end of the first stage—but it’s too soon to celebrate just yet. Three competitors have turned up dead, and the famous cowboy Mountain Tim has just been deputized to find the culprits. Following the trail of horseshoe tracks, he sets his sights on Johnny and Gyro. But as the three men collide in the hostile Arizona desert, it quickly becomes clear that the second stage of this race may just be their last!

Gyro and Johnny are heading up the front of the pack in the Steel Ball Run race! But just as they’re about to reach the finish line, they’re attacked yet again. And to make matters worse, when Gyro and Johnny finally uncover the reason behind these constant attacks, they start to realize that the true purpose of the Steel Ball Run is much more sinister than either of them could have ever imagined.

The hunt for the Holy Corpse is on! Gyro and Johnny have managed to get ahold of the second body part, the eyeballs, but can they keep Dio from getting his claws on them? And with a new enemy closing in on them, there’s no telling who will be the last to get the corpse!

As Gyro and Johnny battle Dio for the fourth-stage victory in Kansas City, the president of the United States awaits an important message regarding the next part of the Holy Corpse—but the message is quickly stolen by none other than Lucy Steel! Desperate to protect her husband, Lucy must now figure out who she can trust in order to keep the message out of the president’s clutches before it’s too late.

In the midst of the fifth stage of the cross-country Steel Ball Run race, Gyro and Johnny make a break for Lake Michigan when they are suddenly attacked by another Stand user! With their very lives on the line, Gyro and Johnny must learn how to stretch their abilities beyond their limits in order to avoid losing absolutely everything.

After meeting with Gyro and Johnny, Lucy Steel has reluctantly agreed to steal the heart of the Holy Corpse from the president of the United States. But while Lucy attempts to get dangerously close to the president in Chicago, Gyro and Johnny are attacked on the frozen Straits of Mackinac by an assassin using steel balls just like Gyro’s! Will Gyro be able to defeat someone with total knowledge of the Zeppeli family’s techniques, or has he finally met his match?

The Steel Ball Run’s seventh stage is finally underway as the racers head toward Gettysburg. But as Gyro and Johnny approach the finish line, they notice their old enemy Hot Pants sneaking off toward a nearby city! What’s the retired racer still doing in the Steel Ball Run? Gyro and Johnny decide to investigate, but completely unbeknownst to them, they may be walking into a trap that could cost them everything.

As the sound of the starting gun signals the Steel Ball Run’s eighth stage, Gyro and Johnny make their break straight for Dio on a mission to finally take back the Holy Corpse’s left eye! But they’re not the only ones after the English jockey—President Valentine also has his sights set on the eye, and he’s fully prepared to eliminate anyone who stands in his way!

Lucy Steel has finally escaped the clutches of President Valentine. She’s made her way to the Delaware River, only to find none other than the president waiting for her! He’s just moments away from claiming the complete Holy Corpse as his own, but now that Dio knows his weakness, will he be stopped from seizing the corpse’s full power? And will Gyro and Johnny be able to save Lucy before it’s too late? The final battle for the corpse begins now!
