High school classmates Shinichi and Ichigo have a lot in common. They’re next-door neighbors, childhood friends… and they both have one-sided crushes. But when a summer day leads to a perilous mishap involving a peculiar bitter melon, the two discover that they’ve swapped bodies! Now they have a chance to get closer to the objects of their affections, but can they handle the undiscovered territory between their legs?!

For Shinichi, swapping bodies with his female neighbor Ichigo because of a bizarre bitter melon has come with some very awkward downsides. But one upside is that he’s suddenly popular with the ladies (at least with Ichigo in control)! Now, their mutual acquaintances Soukura, Rino, and Yuuto are all staying over at his house…and Rino has decided to make a move on “Shinichi”?! What’s a guy trapped in a girl’s body to do…?

Ichigo and Shinichi’s double date has gone off the rails, with Ichigo (in Shinichi’s body) even getting into a street brawl with some local jerks! But just when she was about to land a winning low blow…the two find themselves back to normal?! Imminent danger aside, both are overjoyed to be in their original bodies at last. But the question still lingers—why did Ichigo and Shinichi swap in the first place…?
