Bocchi the Rock!

With new juniors at work, new friends at school, and Kessoku Band newly signed to a record label, Hitori Gotoh is moving up in the world. But now she’ll need to overcome the next hurdle on her road to fame-recording a mini-album! What’s more, to keep the band’s sound fresh, each member is trying their hand at new roles. Surrounded by unfamiliar faces and tasked with arranging the group’s next potential hit, is Bocchi in over her head?!

Hitori “Bocchi” Gotoh may dream of becoming a rock legend, but she and the rest of Kessoku Band have a long way to go before they can pay the bills with their musical skills alone—and graduation is approaching fast. Thoughts of the future can wait, however, as all the employees of Starry are pitching in to throw Seika a birthday concert over the holidays! The girls have played plenty of shows at this point, so surely the added task of planning and organizing the event can’t be that hard, right?!

Things are finally getting serious for Hitori “Bocchi” Gotoh and the rest of Kessoku Band. Nijika and Ryou are graduating, Bocchi is finding she’s not quite so alone in class anymore, and Stray Beat is planning to celebrate the release of the gang’s first album with their biggest show yet! What’s more, they’ll be joined in concert by Klimt’s Night-a hit musical duo who pack some real star power. In preparation, Kessoku Band is introduced to the group’s reclusive songwriter, who’s...an even bigger introvert than Bocchi? Can they really make a successful indie debut while juggling two black holes of social anxiety?!
