Be My Worst Nightmare!

Sayo Hoshikawa is a high schooler with a height complex who witnesses his unrequited crush getting rejected by the person Sayo despises most: the tall, popular, and menacing Itsuki Mashiba. He’s better than Sayo at pretty much everything, and what really gets under Sayo’s skin is when the jerk calls him cute! But one night, he has a dream about Mashiba caressing him…and that’s only the beginning! As his dreams get even more intense, will Sayo’s nightmares ever end, or will he have to confront how he might really feel about Mashiba?

In his strangely intimate dreams, Sayo has been catching glimpses of Itsuki Mashiba’s private life through the eyes of his beloved cat plushie, bringing the two boys a little bit closer. But someone isn’t so pleased with this development: Itsuki’s older brother! Not only has he taken the plushie hostage, but he’s convinced that Sayo is in love with Itsuki, and he’s dead set on keeping them apart by any means necessary—including kidnapping Sayo himself! Is this purely an act of spite, or does he want something more…?

It’s a conundrum at the cultural festival café for Sayo. While he suffers through a day of classmates ogling his “adorable” maid costume, the popular Itsuki is swarmed by girls drawn to his handsome physique! Of course, no one knows that Itsuki is dating Sayo, but Sayo can’t help wondering—with so many other options, why would Itsuki choose him? Meanwhile, Itsuki’s playboy brother Haruto takes an interest in a mysterious honor student named Uryuu, but after he tries to get to know him, Haruto starts to have strange dreams himself…

Ever since Haruto met troubled honor student Uryuu Asahina, he hasn’t been able to take his mind off him… and now he’s having dreams from the perspective of the plushie he won for Uryuu at the arcade. When one of those dreams shows him a vision of Uryuu being assaulted by an unsatisfied client, Haruto rushes to his rescue and ends up bringing the younger boy into his home—where Uryuu wastes no time getting right on top of him! Neither of them can deny their feelings for each other, but when Uryuu craves more intimacy than Haruto is willing to give, how can they possibly be together? Perhaps the dreams can give Haruto some guidance…
