Hana Tabata has accepted her role as the unattractive side character in other people’s stories. Though her name is Japanese for “flower,” she sure doesn’t feel like one. That doesn’t mean she can’t enjoy some heart-pounding romance manga—and maybe occasionally, every so often, imagine herself as the heroine.
